Since 1985, the Assaulted Women’s Helpline has been there for women in their time of crisis but we have not done this alone.   Because of the support of government partners, foundations, corporations and countless individual donors, our crisis counselling service is there for women any time day or night. Without your support, thousands of women would have no one to talk to, no access to resources and supports and too many would remain in abusive relationships or worse.

NEW FUNDING: 

AWHL awarded $50,000 Fueling Futures grant from Enbridge.   Fueling Futures supports communities through intiatives that strenghten communtiy safety.  Thank you to Enbridge for your generosity and support in our mission to support, listen and guide women and seniors who have experienced any type of abuse.
